SONGWRITING
With Secret Ingredients
From The Masters

  • Fresh Songs That Fit Right

  • TRAPPED SONG IDEAS

... got lots of great song ideas, or some half-finished songs, some not yet fleshed out and you want to get them completed?

  • GOOD WITH LYRICS

                      BUT NOT MUSIC?

... or the other way around? You need steps to help you get a song that works on all fronts, and you need to be able to write it quickly!

  • NEED A SONG TO MATCH A BRIEF OR A PUBLISHER TO TAKE ON YOUR SONGS?

... and you've got very little time to meet the deadline?

Over my years helping others write their songs, and as a Music Publisher or Music Producer, I've noticed something missing in many of the songs that come across my desk:

  • many songs have good ideas and often start out well, but are missing a story or journey (lyrically and/or musically)

  • some songs have cool ideas or catchy 'earworms', but just don't seem together 'work' as a whole song

  • many songs struggle to suit the audience or context that is required at the time

  • many songs are trying to be a hit song without many of the foundational ingredients that would give it a proper chance

  • many songwriters think their song is 'great' (and they may be), but until some changes are made, the industry (or the public) won't give their song a chance

  • many songs don't match a brief if it is given, or a deadline - even if it is a good song it still needs to match the brief if one is given

  • a lot of songs have potential, but need some adjustments before they can be recorded or published (if they could just study some of the great songs by master songwriters and tidy things up, they could really go somewhere!)

  • many songs might work for the songwriter, but they need a few secret ingredients  before others will know how to appreciate them

  • you know its a 'good' song, but it's just missing that 'special' something

  • It's Not That Hard

  • It's Knowing The Secrets

  • You can do it!

"... I have had the privilege of working with some supremely gifted individuals – Paul Avanti Iannuzzelli is one such person.  I have known Paul for over 30 years and have yet to find someone more gifted than he is. The uniqueness of Paul’s gift however is not found in his extreme proficiency across multiple musical disciplines, but rather his ability to take individuals and teams to the next level of their own musical journey. From a musical perspective, Paul is highly qualified but he also has the rare ability to identify the ‘gold’ within individuals and then to draw it out of them"
