Terms & Conditions

1. Tuition Fees

• Tuition is charged as a block for each school term, based on the NSW Department of Education Eastern Division student term dates.

• Full payment for the term is due prior to the commencement of the first lesson of each school term.

• A student's regular lesson time is reserved only once full payment has been received.

• MusicPro Creative Arts Academy reserves the right to offer unpaid lesson times to another student.

• Tuition fees are set for each school term and remain fixed for the duration of that term. MusicPro Creative Arts Academy reserves the right to amend tuition fees for future terms with reasonable notice.

2. Student Cancellations

• More than 24 hours' notice: A make-up lesson may be arranged. A $10 administration and venue fee applies per 30-minute lesson. Make-up lessons are subject to the conditions outlined below.

• Less than 24 hours' notice (including illness or non-attendance): The lesson is forfeited and no make-up lesson or refund will be provided.

3. Teacher Cancellations

• If MusicPro Creative Arts Academy cancels a lesson, a make-up lesson will be arranged.

• Where appropriate, MusicPro Creative Arts Academy may provide a suitably qualified substitute teacher instead of cancelling the lesson.

4. Public Holidays

• Lessons that fall on a public holiday are eligible for one make-up lesson.

5. Make-up Lesson Conditions

• Make-up lessons are offered as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.

• All make-up lessons are subject to teacher availability.

• Make-up lessons should normally be taken within one month of the original lesson and, wherever possible, within the same school term.

• Where the original lesson occurs during the final week of a school term, the make-up lesson may be taken during the first month of the following term, including during school holidays where lessons are available.

• This extension does not apply across the Christmas/New Year school holiday period.

• Once a make-up lesson has been scheduled, it cannot be cancelled, rescheduled or transferred. If the student does not attend the scheduled make-up lesson, it is forfeited.

6. Refund Policy

• Tuition fees are non-refundable except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Late Arrival

• Students arriving late will receive the remainder of their scheduled lesson. Lessons cannot be extended beyond their allocated finishing time.

8. Withdrawal from Tuition

• Students wishing to discontinue lessons should notify MusicPro Creative Arts Academy prior to the commencement of the next school term.

• Tuition fees paid for the current term are non-refundable.

9. Communication

• Invoices, payment reminders and important notices will normally be sent by email. It is the responsibility of students and parents to ensure their contact details remain current.

10. General

• MusicPro Creative Arts Academy aims to provide a welcoming, respectful and positive learning environment for all students, parents and staff.

• MusicPro Creative Arts Academy reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions with reasonable notice.
